1.Chassis & Towing Assembly: Built from high-tensile steel, the chassis forms the sturdy base. It is equipped with a tow bar (with a hitch coupler), road lighting connectors, and often a jockey wheel for easy maneuvering when unhitched.
2.Scissor Arms: Manufactured from high-strength steel plates, these arms are the backbone of the lift. They are engineered to handle significant compressive loads without buckling.
3.Platform: The work area, typically surrounded by a guardrail system. The platform floor is often anti-slip, and the guardrails are designed to meet strict safety standards, including toe guards to prevent tools from falling.

For custom configurations or special requirements, lead time is approximately 4-8 weeks, depending on complexity and production schedule.
